At least two years of proven tele-sales experience and comprehensive understanding of customer service skills along with working knowledge of PC-based applications and sales tracking software is required. Summary of Responsibilities
Makes outgoing calls and e-mails to follow up with cord blood banking leads. Receive calls and e-mails answering customer’s questions with accuracy in an enthusiastic, helpful and professional manner. Protects customer’s confidentiality. Responsible for providing other necessary information to customers to convert leads into sales for private cord blood banking.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education
High school diploma or equivalent is required. College education preferred.
Experience
At least two years of proven tele-marketing sales experience and a comprehensive understanding of customer service skills is required. Other exceptions can be made with 5+ years proven sales experience, or additional work experience that would be considered in lieu of. Must be able to build relationships via’ the telephone, understand clients needs and discuss technical / medical information.
Working knowledge of PC-based applications and sales tracking software, such as word processing, spreadsheet software, ACT or Goldmine, is also required.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities
Strong interpersonal skills and communications skills, including phone etiquette, in order to effectively and tactfully respond to customer inquires and instill confidence in Xytex.
Sales ability to be effective in persuading customers in choosing Xytex services.
Must be able to build relationships via’ the telephone, understand clients needs and discuss technical / medical information.
Attention to detail and good organizational ability that will result in work that is done on time and error free.
Ability to exercise good judgment and effectively apply critical thinking skills whenproblem-solving.
Ability to work under stress and effectively deal with others working under stress.
